4. Will I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, we provide a digital certificate of completion for all our training programs.

5. Are the courses live or recorded?

We offer both live interactive sessions and self-paced recorded courses, depending on the program.

6. Can I get a refund if I’m unable to attend?

Refunds are generally not provided, but in special cases, we may allow rescheduling or credit transfer to another batch. Recording of all classeses is made availabe to all learners. In case you are unable to attend some sessions you can always view recording and reattend next batch.

7. Do I need prior knowledge to take the courses?

For Foundation courses – Any technical knowledge knowledge is not required. However since it’s course on IT, basic IT understanding is recomended.

For Advanced course – Basic knowledge of Python, databases, and cloud platforms (such as AWS) is recommended, but beginners can start with our foundation-level training.
